General

Welcome to "Pitzy – Seed Cracking Clicker" - a clicker/idle game with a story, in Hebrew and English. Using the app means you agree to these terms. The app is intended for a general audience, including teens, and is not directed at children under 13.

License to use

Subject to these terms, the developer grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for private, non-commercial purposes, on an iOS device you own or control.

Free tier and ads

The app is free to download and requires no sign-up or account. You can play and progress through all 8 chapters without paying. The free version occasionally shows ads (Google AdMob) between rounds, and you can also choose to watch a rewarded ad for a bonus. Buying "No ads" or joining the Nut Shop Club removes ads.

The Nut Shop Club (Subscription)

An auto-renewing subscription called "מועדון הפיצוחייה" (Nut Shop Club) is available monthly (19.90 ₪) or yearly (119.90 ₪, about 10 ₪/month). The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial; the monthly plan has no trial. The subscription doubles seed income, grants daily pistachios and a rotating cosmetic, and automatically renews for another period of the same length, at the same price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel in your Apple ID account settings (App Store → your name → Subscriptions), not through the developer. Billing is handled and processed by Apple, including at the end of the trial - if you don't cancel before it ends you are automatically charged the full price. Refund requests are handled by Apple per its policy at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Seeds, pistachios and in-app purchases

"Seeds" and "golden seeds" are in-game resources earned exclusively by playing (tapping, friends and the weekly cleanup) and cannot be bought with money. "Pistachios" are a secondary virtual currency, earned in-game and also purchasable in consumable packs for money; they are used to buy items and extras in the in-app shop. You can also buy permanent one-time upgrades (non-consumable: starter pack, big bag, no ads, ×2 forever). None of these resources has a cash value or cash-conversion value, and none can be transferred to another user, another account, or outside the app. A consumable purchase (pistachio pack) cannot be restored via "Restore Purchases" once used; a permanent one-time purchase can be restored. All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Fair use

You may not use the app for an unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy the source code, or bypass the purchase or subscription mechanism, and may not redistribute the app or parts of it.

Intellectual property

The game name, the mascot "Pitzy", the story and characters (including "Shimon's Nut Shop" and "MegaCrack"), the visual design, the brand language and the progression structure are the intellectual property of the app’s developer. The underlying game mechanics themselves (e.g. a clicker/idle loop with passive upgrades and prestige) are general game forms and are not exclusively owned by anyone.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and to the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from use of the app, reliance on it, or loss of data stored only on the device.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. A material update will be posted on this page with a new update date. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
